ENHANCMENT AND GROWTH
Castelli Romani
The winery is located at the foot of the great volcanic apparatus of the Alban Hills, from which it inherits soils typical of volcanic activity dating back 360,000 years. The vineyards reside on the final volcanic products of the “Tuscolano-Artemisio” phase, that is, on soils consisting of pyroclastites with a tuffaceous consistency, tuffs with scoriae and lapilli. The type of soils gives a definite mineral imprint to the wines.
